CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine)?
Measuring device that uses CATIA 3D MODEL to measure the dimensions, geometrical deviation and shape accuracy of 3D shape.
We are continuing to participate in CATIA training and CMM PROGRAM training by our customers and related organizations in order to improve the competence of quality personnel and to achieve the best results in technology development.
Currently, three CMM machines are installed in the Changwon plant and two CMM machines are installed in the Sacheon plant. The maximum measurable dimension is 1500X4000X1000 (Z).
In order to assure the best quality to our customers, Yulkok Co., Ltd. has introduced and operated the 3D measuring machine (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for the first time as a small medium size company aircraft parts manufacturing in 1998. It is certified by DPD level 1 & 5 (DPD & Fixed CMM) and implementing core competencies into system maintenance.
